WFS prep is quoted by scope. Amazon FNSKU rates and the FBA-only monthly minimum are not presented as Walmart offers.

Which barcode does WFS require?

Use the approved UPC or GTIN for the Walmart item. An Amazon FNSKU is not a Walmart item identifier. Receiving labels must match the WFS shipping plan.

What timing should I plan for?

Receiving has a published dock-to-stock SLA under 48 hours for standard inbound inventory. Prep, rework, carrier transit and marketplace receiving are separate; confirm each milestone in your shipment plan.

What should I include in the request?

Provide the quantity, product or freight dimensions, weight, arrival location, required work and deadline. Include the relevant shipment plan, routing instructions or condition photos when applicable.

How are exceptions handled?

Counts, visible condition, photos where needed and the proposed next step are recorded. Work outside the agreed scope needs approval before proceeding.
