Rick Cargo provides Emergency load recovery with visible closeout proof. Response time, before-and-after photos, pallet counts and signed completion show exactly what changed. Send the Atlanta-area location, photos, BOL, pallet count, deadline and payer authorization for triage. The $120 cross-dock minimum applies across combined standard handling services; restack and recovery work is priced separately. Crew timing follows safety, dock and scope review.

What timing should I plan for?
The start time and completion window are confirmed after the commodity, quantity, handling, capacity and required appointments are reviewed. Fulfillment dispatch targets do not apply automatically to freight or special projects.
What should I include in the request?
Provide the quantity, product or freight dimensions, weight, arrival location, required work and deadline. Include the relevant shipment plan, routing instructions or condition photos when applicable.
How are exceptions handled?
Counts, visible condition, photos where needed and the proposed next step are recorded. Work outside the agreed scope needs approval before proceeding.
