These website terms explain how service information and quote requests relate to an accepted Rick Cargo operating agreement.

Quotes and service acceptance

A website inquiry does not reserve capacity or authorize a shipment. The accepted quote and applicable service agreement define the work, timing, charges, payment terms and responsibilities. Confirm acceptance and receiving instructions before sending inventory or freight.

Published rates and billing units

Published rates are in USD and may change with volume, seasonality and requirements. Daily pallet storage, monthly bin or shelf storage and separately agreed monthly rack storage use different billing units. Materials, postage, taxes, special labor and carrier charges are separate unless expressly included.

DTC plans include a monthly account-management fee from go-live; no monthly minimum spend does not mean no account fee. Amazon FBA prep has a separate $100 active-prep-month minimum with its stated inclusions and exclusions. Confirm the applicable plan in the quote.

Timing and delivery

Receiving, prep completion, dispatch, carrier transit and marketplace receiving are separate milestones. The published standard dock-to-stock SLA and same-day order cutoff apply within the agreed operating scope. Custom work, special handling, appointments and carrier services require their own confirmed schedule.

Product and shipment instructions

Provide accurate product, quantity, weight, dimension, packaging and destination information, together with approved labels and routing instructions. Marketplace requirements can change; use the current requirements for the specific shipment. Prep work does not guarantee marketplace acceptance or eliminate fees.

Special handling and program requirements

Regulated goods, temperature-managed storage and public-sector programs require a separate capability and acceptance review. A service page or inquiry response alone does not establish a certification, authorization or insurance limit.

Insurance, claims and responsibility

Confirm insurance requirements, coverage limits, claims procedures and allocation of responsibility in the applicable service and carrier agreements before approving work. This website does not supply a separate insurance policy or a blanket limitation of liability.
