These Terms and Conditions govern the logistics, fulfillment, Amazon prep, and warehousing services provided by Rick Cargo LLC. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. 1. Services Provided: Rick Cargo LLC agrees to receive, store, prep, and dispatch inventory on behalf of the Client as detailed in specific service agreements. 2. Payment and Invoicing: Invoices are issued based on custom quoted rates. Payments must be settled within the agreed-upon credit terms. Storage fees are calculated monthly. 3. Liability Limits: Rick Cargo LLC maintains standard carrier and warehouse liability insurance. We are not liable for manufacturer defects or losses resulting from third-party carrier delays. 4. Amazon/Walmart Compliance: While we follow prep guidelines carefully, final product compliance is the responsibility of the Client.
