Best fit is planning volume near 2,000 outbound units or orders and 50 pallets per month with manageable SKU complexity. DTC pick and pack starts at $2.75 per one-item order and scales to $2.45 at 5,000-9,999 monthly orders. Additional items are $0.50 each; postage and packaging are separate.

How is this service priced?

What timing should I plan for?
The published standard inbound dock-to-stock SLA is under 48 hours. The 12 PM same-day dispatch cutoff applies to eligible orders under the agreed operating plan. Carrier delivery and retailer receiving are separate milestones.
What should I include in the request?
Provide the quantity, product or freight dimensions, weight, arrival location, required work and deadline. Include the relevant shipment plan, routing instructions or condition photos when applicable.
How are exceptions handled?
Counts, visible condition, photos where needed and the proposed next step are recorded. Work outside the agreed scope needs approval before proceeding.
