Information you provide

Quote and contact forms collect your name, business contact details and the operating information you choose to provide, such as service needs, quantities, shipment locations and timing. Career-interest forms collect the experience and availability you submit. Portal-access requests collect the business details needed to identify your account.

Website and campaign context

Form submissions include the page URL and campaign parameters present in that URL (source, medium, campaign and search term). Website hosting and request processing can also generate technical request records. Avoid placing sensitive information in a page URL or an open text field.

How requests are handled

We use submitted information to evaluate the requested work, prepare a quote, answer questions, review career interest or coordinate account access. Website requests pass through service providers used for form processing and business communication. Logistics orders may additionally require recipient, address and shipment information under the relevant customer agreement.

Service providers and linked services

Website hosting, form processing, account systems and carriers support the requested work. A map, marketplace or private portal opened from this website may have its own privacy notice. The public inquiry form is not a place to send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information about shipment recipients.

Retention and requests

For questions about information associated with an inquiry or account, or to request a correction or deletion review, email info@rickcargo.com. Identify the relevant business and request without sending passwords. Applicable service, accounting or recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be removed.
