For months with FBA prep work: FBA prep has a $100 minimum only in an active prep month. Prep, receiving and related labor count toward it; only the shortfall is charged. Storage, materials, postage and taxes are excluded. FBA-only accounts have no DTC/FBM subscription fee.

The price reflects the handling, materials, equipment and timing in your approved scope. Freight and extra work are itemized separately.
What timing should I plan for?
The start time and completion window are confirmed after the commodity, quantity, handling, capacity and required appointments are reviewed. Fulfillment dispatch targets do not apply automatically to freight or special projects.
What should I include in the request?
Provide the quantity, product or freight dimensions, weight, arrival location, required work and deadline. Include the relevant shipment plan, routing instructions or condition photos when applicable.
How are exceptions handled?
Counts, visible condition, photos where needed and the proposed next step are recorded. Work outside the agreed scope needs approval before proceeding.
