FBA prep has a $100 minimum only in an active prep month. Prep, receiving and related labor count toward it; only the shortfall is charged. Storage, materials, postage and taxes are excluded. FBA-only accounts have no DTC/FBM subscription fee.

What timing should I plan for?

Receiving has a published dock-to-stock SLA under 48 hours for standard inbound inventory. Prep, rework, carrier transit and marketplace receiving are separate; confirm each milestone in your shipment plan.

What should I include in the request?

Provide the quantity, product or freight dimensions, weight, arrival location, required work and deadline. Include the relevant shipment plan, routing instructions or condition photos when applicable.

How are exceptions handled?

Counts, visible condition, photos where needed and the proposed next step are recorded. Work outside the agreed scope needs approval before proceeding.
